Our work moral and rules of working include the rules regarding the individual and professional responsibilities as well as our responsibilities to our staff, customers, suppliers and shareholders, and are as follows:

- To protect confidential and other information of our firm, customers and sales firms
- To protect and use efficiently the assets of the company
- To treat the staff respectively and protect the human rights
- To overcome the interest conflicts properly
- To provide complete, fair, correct, timely and understandable information in financial reports and in other public announcements
- To protect the environment
- To honor the working hours
- Not to employ underage kids
- Not to forcefully employ anybody
- To carry out timely payments of the wages of the staff
- Not to make discrimination regarding religion, language, race and gender
